The Dreher Palace is located in the historic center of Trieste, in one of the most visited areas by both tourists and locals.

The Building is Only 150 Meters from Piazza Unità and 200 Meters from the Canal.

The commercial spaces we offer overlook a pedestrian street lined with numerous shops and bars.

The palace was built in 1909/1910 by the Viennese architect Emile Bressler for the Dreher family and was used as a restaurant until 1926. In 1928, it was redesigned by the Triestine architect Gustavo Pulitzer-Finaly; the design of the palace is conceived in a purely eclectic style, blending Mannerist and Baroque elements.

In 2021, a splendid renovation plan was carried out by the Gasparini Studio in Trieste.
