Building Under Renovation in Trieste

Palazzo Haggi is located on the corner of via Benedetto Marcello and via Tigor, in the San Vito area of Trieste, one of the most prestigious areas in the city’s historic center.

It is located 5 minutes on foot from Piazza Cavana and 7 minutes from Piazza Unità d’Italia.

Commissioned by the Armenian merchant Haggi Giorgio Aydinian, the project was entrusted to Ruggero Berlam, a famous Triestine architect responsible for designing many of the city’s most renowned buildings.

The facade decorations reflect a neo-medieval style, making the building one of a kind.

Following a meticulous restoration of the facades and a complete seismic and systems upgrade, the two buildings will comprise 22 apartments, several parking spaces, cellars, and motorcycle parking.
