Palazzo Haggi is located on the corner of via Benedetto Marcello and via Tigor, in the San Vito area of Trieste, one of the most prestigious areas in the city’s historic center.
It is located 5 minutes on foot from Piazza Cavana and 7 minutes from Piazza Unità d’Italia.
The Building
Commissioned by the Armenian merchant Haggi Giorgio Aydinian, the project was entrusted to Ruggero Berlam, a famous Trieste architect responsible for designing numerous buildings among the most famous in the city.
The decorations of the facades reflect the neo-medieval style, making the building unique of its kind.
After a meticulous restoration of the facades and complete seismic and systems upgrades, the two buildings will comprise 22 apartments, various parking spaces, cellars and motorcycle parking.
